We Are Still on Lock Down

I hope everyone is doing well during our world lock down. This has been an interesting start to this year.

In January and February, I had the flu. Friends are now saying when I was ill in February, it may have been a low-grade version of the Coronavirus. YIKES! Hey, I’m well so no matter what it was, I’m all good now. Nashville, where I reside also had a tornado strike. My block was in the eye of the tornado when I looked out the window. Then we top it off with Mother Nature and Father God telling us to get somewhere and sit down. I don’t think anyone imaged 2020 starting in this manner.

In the midst of this, I have used my time wisely. I have been consciously aware of me. Meditating, praying, exercising and reading has been on my daily to-do list. I have pampered myself with long baths filled with essential oils, Florida water and salts. I have given myself facials as well. I’m using this as a time to work on me.

If you are looking for something to do while you’re on home lock down, I have started Chocolate Cocaine: The Erotic Bedtime Series. (Click the title to listen). So far, I have recorded two adult erotic bedtime stories that is narrated by me, Karma Eve! Get a glass of wine, light some candles and enjoy.

I’m also working on some new interviews and other sexy posts for the blog, Chocolate Cocaine. Tell your mature friends to join us for a hit of this sensual stuff on both the blog and the new podcast. Let me know what you’ve been doing while the world is on pause. Have you been getting your freak on? I want to know!

Erotic Blessings,

Karma Eve

  1. It’s funny that you say that, in January and February, I had the flu as well. I got the flu shot at the end of last year and low and behold I had the flu two weeks later. My symptoms had just about subsided and then I had to travel on business at the end of January and I ended up with the flu again. It occurred to me that maybe I picked up something while traveling through those airports…….who knows? Maybe we both already had Coronavirus? I sure as hell don’t want whatever I had again.

I’ll say again that you always look like you’re having fun when you’re taking your pictures.

I’ve been working from home for going into my second week now. I don’t mind working from home, but I think my team will be a lot more productive when they get back into the office. I have a feeling though, that we’ll be home for at least a couple more months.

    1. Yes, I was in and out of the office for a few days. We’re home now as well. I’m enjoying the “shut down.” I like waking up on my own time, having breakfast without having to figure out if I’m eating or not in the mornings just to get to work and be starving. I don’t have to fight traffic. This can stay like this forever as far as I’m concerned. LOL!

      1. Well apparently our work from home experiences are quite different. I find myself working more and longer days with less free time. More scheduled meetings, most of them being video conferences where I’m wearing a shirt and jacket or a shirt, jacket and tie……while wearing pajama bottoms or shorts.

But still, it beats the hell outta going into the office.

  2. Yes, I’m very well , managing to hang in like everyone else during this crazy time we’re in now. My creativity I can say is definitely the rise and I find myself. more and more engrossed in my writing, drawing and bass playing as well as maintaining my daily exercise and getting out and breathing. I know it is a time of extreme care and caution, but I do try to keep a strong sense of normalcy as well. Stay well everyone, and I love the pictures as well, very beautiful

    1. Glad to hear things are going well for you! Before everything changed with our normal life, I started a 30 day workout challenge along with no tv for 40 days. So far my time is up and I’m still continuing the challenges. I’m taking advantage of doing nothing as much as possible while I can.
